We're working on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking a committed and adaptable teacher to join them from September 2025.This role is ideal for teachers who:
Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting learners with additional needs Are excited to gain SEN experience or already have some in a school or care context Want to work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of SEN needs Support pupils with complex learning, emotional or behavioural needs Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is essential UK classroom teaching experience A flexible and empathetic approach to teaching A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN SEN experience is desirable but not essential - training and support will be provided
