About the Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a supportive and progressive primary school in Milton Keynes from Easter 2026. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils build the academic skills and confidence they need as they prepare for secondary education.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Establish a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, high expectations, and strong academic progress.
Assess, track, and evaluate pupil progress, using data effectively to inform future planning and targeted support.
Foster independent thinking, resilience, and problem-solving skills through stimulating and purposeful learning experiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practice to enhance whole-school development.
Maintain clear and constructive communication with parents and carers to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
Engage fully in staff meetings, school initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment methods.
Passionate about developing motivated, confident, and independent learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reflective practitioner with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
