Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years education? Our friendly and supportive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in January 2026. • Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum and supporting individual and small group activities.
• Provide nurturing and responsive support to children, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Help create a stimulating learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and confidence.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and working together to support each child’s individual learning journey.
• Prepare classroom resources and ensure a well‑organised environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support children’s development and well‑being.
• Help maintain positive behaviour management and support children in developing strong social skills.

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in an EYFS setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about supporting young children and their development.
• Patient, adaptable, and excellent at communicating with children and adults.
• Able to manage behaviour effectively and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two recent, relevant references.
• Right to work in the UK.
