Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years education? Our friendly and supportive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in January 2026. - Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum and supporting individual and small group activities.
- Provide nurturing and responsive support to children, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Help create a stimulating learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and confidence.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and working together to support each child’s individual learning journey.
- Prepare classroom resources and ensure a well‑organised environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support children’s development and well‑being.
- Help maintain positive behaviour management and support children in developing strong social skills.
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in an EYFS setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passionate about supporting young children and their development.
- Patient, adaptable, and excellent at communicating with children and adults.
- Able to manage behaviour effectively and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two recent, relevant references.
- Right to work in the UK.
