Full‑time, Monday to Friday (8:15 am – 4:30 pm, Term Time Only)

We are working with a fantastic school in Milton Keynes that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. They are looking for a dedicated, full‑time Behaviour Support professional to join their team this September.

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Implementing behaviour strategies and personalised support plans
• Helping students to engage with their learning and achieve their goals
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Providing consistency, encouragement and emotional support throughout the school day

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
• Confidence using de‑escalation techniques and behaviour support strategies
• Calm, patient, and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset
• Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday (8:15 – 4:30) during term time
