• Deliver engaging English lessons from Entry Level and Functional Skills through to KS3 and GCSE.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and achievement.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students through a patient and nurturing approach.
• Support learners with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and maximise progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider school activities.

• Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
• Resilient, flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Committed to trauma-informed and relationship-based practice.
