Salary: £32,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications (MPS/UPS)

Academics are acting as a recruitment agency on behalf of a specialist education setting in Milton Keynes that supports students aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

The school delivers a personalised curriculum designed to help every learner succeed and prides itself on its supportive, collaborative, and dedicated staff team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified PE Teacher with the ability to teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher who can engage learners both in the classroom and through sport, helping them to develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning.

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching PE
• Ability to teach Biology at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Strong classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills
• Capability to build positive and professional relationships with students
• Resilient and adaptable individual who thrives in a specialist setting
• Team player committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners

Previous experience working within SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision settings is desirable but not essential.
