Job Description

Hours: 37.5 per week, 36 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

Max Salary: Approx. £22,000 pro rata (£28,000 FTE – subject to experience)

We are looking to recruit a Wellbeing and Behaviour Advisor in our new centre, The Key, based at our Chaffron Way Campus. This centre is focussed on Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) prevention and will provide up to 90 young people most at risk of NEET with opportunities to engage and thrive. Reporting into the Head of Wellbeing and Behaviour this role will be based in The Key providing 1:1 and ad hoc support to students experiencing challenges with their wellbeing and behaviour.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual who shares the desire to drive and achieve success for those most at risk of becoming NEET alongside a team of skilled and motivated teaching staff.
