Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform future learning.

Encourage pupils to develop critical thinking, communication skills and a deeper understanding of historical events and their relevance today.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities and whole-school improvement.

Promote pupils' personal development, resilience, independence and emotional wellbeing.
