Teaching Support Assistant - BSL

Location: Milton Keynes – Multi-site – Campus based
Hours: 37.5 – Mon‑Fri – 09:00‑17:00
Contract: Term time only (36 weeks per year)
Salary: Up to £25,220 pro rata (£32,000 FTE – dependent on qualifications and experience)

As a Teaching Support Assistant (Communication Support Worker) within the Learning Support department, you will have a recognised qualification in British Sign Language and work directly with students using BSL to offer 1:1 support.

The Learning Support team are committed to developing our students to achieve their highest potential through their chosen subject, whilst learning invaluable skills to support them in their future. You will work closely with the curriculum staff to ensure the best level of support and guidance for students and maintain effective assistance in the classroom.
