Milton Keynes College are looking to appoint knowledgeable and skilled staff to work with the young people enrolled in The Key. The Key will provide a discrete, low arousal environment that will remove barriers to learning and provide opportunities to gain success. Students will benefit from your invaluable support from a range of specialist staff and gain the skills and knowledge they need to support progression.

We are looking for an experienced individual, ideally with a background in youth work, to teach a range of units on Entry 3 and Level 1 courses and core subjects such as English and maths. The role involves contributing to curriculum design and delivery and working alongside a team of Course Team Leaders, Teaching Support Assistants and Wellbeing and Behaviour Coaches.

While you don’t need expertise in every area, knowledge across several would be highly beneficial.

Learning takes place both inside and outside the classroom in The Key. You will be joining a passionate team committed to creating the best possible learning environment for every student. Get in touch today if you are a passionate and energetic individual looking to share your vocational and learned knowledge with a new generation.

Interviews are expected to be held on the 3rd of August
