Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)

Academics are acting as a recruitment agency on behalf of a specialist education provider in Milton Keynes and are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a growing SEMH school.

The Role

As a Maths Teacher
, you will deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons, monitor pupil progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment where every learner can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Assess progress and use data to inform teaching.
• Support pupils' wellbeing, engagement and development.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school life.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

About You

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and/or KS4.
• A commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred education.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and a passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
