Technical Trainer​/Experienced Technician

As a Technical Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging, high-quality training that equips technicians with the skills and confidence to work on the latest Global OEM technology.

You will:

• Deliver a blend ofhands-on workshop training,classroom sessions,virtual classrooms, andlive broadcasts.
• Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training.
• Attend brand and factory events, includingproduct launchesandfactory accreditation programmes.
• Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1–3, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Have strong technical knowledge – especially in
  vehicle electrics
  and
  diagnostics
  .
• Are EV Qualified.
• Are passionate about automotive technology and want to share that passion with others.
• Enjoy helping people grow and build their confidence.
• Are engaging, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with groups.
• Can manage your own time and work proactively.
• Want to keep developing your own skills and career.
• Can commute to Milton Keynes daily.

£41,800 – £48,660 per annum including car allowance + £10,000 personal development investment.
