£41,000 - £49,000 including Car Allowance + Training Qualifications + Pay Progression + Hybrid + Company Benefits

The RoleWe are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or similar who wants to move from hands‑on work to training the next generation of technicians for a leading automotive learning and development company.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical vehicle maintenance training, both virtually and in person, adhering to curriculum guidelines and creating a secure training setting.
- Develop course content and incorporate new technologies to enhance teaching.
- Assist with trainee assessments and contribute to course enhancement.
- Receive full training and qualification investment to support the role.
- Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or equivalent.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance or related field preferred.
- Desire to move into an instructor role and obtain teaching qualifications.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
