We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Exam Invigilators to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow and uphold examination regulations, and the confidence to use their own initiative when required.
There are no fixed contracted hours for this role. Working hours and days will vary depending on the Academy’s examination timetable. Candidates may be required to be available between 8:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:- To invigilate examinations following a documented process, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations run in a secure confidential and suitable environment.
- To ensure both students and the Academy comply with regulations.
- To assist students entering the examination room.
- To record attendance/absence from the examination by completing the examination registers.
Pay Range: SCP 4 - £13.05 per hour
Zero hour, Casual Contract.
Qualifications and Skills:- GCSE Maths and English minimum grade 4 or equivalent.
- Willingness to participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
- Experience of using ICT packages I.E Microsoft Word, and Excel.
