Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Supply Teachers across Milton Keynes. The role involves delivering high-quality lessons, supporting the educational progress of students, and assisting in maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities also include planning and adapting lessons, following curriculum guidelines, and collaborating with other teaching staff. Supply Teachers will have the opportunity to engage with students across various subjects and age groups, ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, with the ability to adapt materials for diverse learning needs.
- Proven experience in Teaching and Education, with a commitment to fostering student success and engagement.
- Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with students, staff, and parents effectively.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE.
- Ability to work in a range of school settings and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and National Curriculum would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills are essential.
