Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with diverse learning needs by employing tailored teaching strategies that accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles.
Foster independence and social development through interactive and collaborative activities, creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Attend to pupils’ personal care and medical needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing space that promotes their well-being and comfort.
Promote health and well-being by implementing programmes and activities that encourage physical activity, healthy habits, and emotional resilience.
Enhance pupils’ literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions and personalised approaches, supporting their academic progress across the curriculum.
Candidate Profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching in Early Years or Key Stage 1 is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Effective team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Dedicated to continuous professional development and passionate about teaching.
Committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
Possesses professional references and an Enhanced DBS check.
