Our tutors act as coaches and mentors, not just instructors, supporting each learner’s progress with care and purpose.
As a tutor, you’ll play a key role in every child’s learning journey- Are confident leading sessions with small groups (16), inspiring children to engage in their learning, using positive behaviour management strategies, and consistently prioritising their safety and wellbeing.
- Feel comfortable supporting children aged 4-16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ entrance exams and GCSE content.
- Are committed to building meaningful, long‑term relationships, providing the consistency and stability that helps children thrive.
Using our smart learning tool, Compass, you’ll deliver tailored sessions where you facilitate learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
Building meaningful relationshipsWith a 16 ratio, you’ll get to know each child and create a safe, inspiring environment where they can take risks and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Driving academic progressSupport members as they work through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones and successes along the way.

LocationThis is an on‑site role and you will be based at our either our Milton Keynes or MK Kingston centre. Your preference will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
ContractThis is a permanent, part time role. You will be contracted to work a minimum of 6 hours a week over at least 2 different weekdays.

- Saturday 930am, 1pm
