MC Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Shift Operator to join an energy-from-waste plant in the Milton Keynes area. The role involves safe operation of boilers, steam turbines, pumps and heat exchangers, with 12-hour shifts on an on-call pattern.
Candidates should have control room experience in power or process plants;
Navy engineering background is welcome. NVQ/HNC or apprenticeship in a technical discipline is preferred, with strong communication and a proactive work ethic.
