Comxps Ltd is seeking a BIM specialist to lead strategy and delivery on a Government Contracting Authority project in the United Kingdom. The role is hybrid, with 60% on-site in a hub network including Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, and Glasgow.
You will ensure alignment to ISO 19650, manage asset information standards, oversee BIM assurance and audits, and drive CAFM/IWMS integrations.
