Energy Recovery System .Thesuccessfulcandidatewillalsobeexpectedtobepartofourtracksideteamonarotationalbasis,meaning you'lltraveltoracesandbepartofthesupportingteamensuringthepowerunitrunsasexpected.

• Coverallaspectsofbatteryassembly,servicing,andmaintenancewithinthe
  
  Energyrecoverysystemassemblydepartmentatthefactoryasrequestedbytherelevant Build Team Leaders .
• Ensureallworkingactivitiesstrictlyadhereto Red Bull Powertrainscleanroomprocesses
• Travellingtoanumberofracestosupportpowerunitpreparation,installation,fireupandotherraceweekendrelatedactivities.
• Ensureallworkingactivitiesarefully
  
  ESDcompliantbyfollowingcorrectgroundingcontrolsandthatappropriatetoolingandequipmentisalwaysused.
• Prepareelectronicunitsfordevelopmentwork,testingandtracksideoperationsasperthedailybuildplansfollowingtherelevantcontroldocumentationandsystems.
• Assistwithotheractivitiesdeemedappropriatebytherelevant Build Team Leaders
• Manageallbuildspecification,up revisions,andcomponentlifinginaccordancewith
  
  Production Control and Technical Operations instructions .
• Communicateassemblyandfacilityrelatedqualityissuestotheappropriatekeystakeholdersensuringfaults/NCR’sarerecordedviatheinternalbusiness Faults System.

• Demonstrateahighleveloftechnicalunderstandingandelectronicsassemblycompetence.
• ElectrostaticsensitivedeviceawarenessandknowledgeofsafehandlingofESDcomponents
• Competent Solder skills(ideally with
  
  IPCorequivalentcertification)
• Abilitytounderstandandinterprettechnicaldrawingsandfollowtechnicalassemblyprocessesandproceduresincludingchecklistdataentry.
• Proficientknowledgeof Microsoft Word /Exceltoenableoperationofinternalbusinesssystems.
