CAD Engineer

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

We are currently recruiting for a leading motor sport automotive company who is seeking an NX CAD Engineer to join their team.

• 3D routing of complex wiring looms within confined vehicle packaging spaces.
• Integration of electrical systems into composite structures.
• Collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams to resolve clashes and optimise routing.
• Delivery of robust, lightweight, production-ready CAD data and manufacturing drawings.

• Expert Siemens NX user – 3D harness routing and electrical packaging experience essential.
• Motorsport or SVO background – must be comfortable working at speed with minimal hand‑holding.
• Proven ability to work within extremely tight packaging tolerances.
• Designing within and around composite enclosures and structures.
• Familiarity with system 25, Motorsport‑grade connectors, sensors, and assemblies.
