An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing ground engineering and development consultancy in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in technical geotechnical engineering across both site‑based and office‑based work.

You will support ground investigation works across the region, assist with data interpretation, and contribute to technical reporting for a wide range of projects.

• Assisting with ground investigation works and site supervision
• Logging soils and rocks in accordance with industry standards
• Supporting interpretation of geotechnical and geo‑environmental data
• Assisting with preparation of technical reports and project documentation
• Liaising with engineers, contractors, and clients

• Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
• Strong interest in geotechnical engineering
• Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Structured graduate training and mentoring
• Exposure to both site‑based and office‑based work
• Clear progression within geotechnical engineering roles
