As a Structures Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality structural analysis to support design, development, and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with Design Engineers, Simulation Specialists, and wider technical functions to evaluate component performance, identify risks, and guide decision‑making.

• Perform structural and stress analysis using FEA and analytical methods.
• Support design teams with load case assessments and optimisation studies.
• Provide clear, concise reports and recommendations to influence design direction.
• Ensure all components meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support tight development timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements, analysis best practice, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Experience in structural/stress analysis within a high‑performance engineering environment.
• Strong FEA capability (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Opti Struct, Nastran).
• A sound understanding of materials, fatigue, and mechanical behaviour.
• Ability to interpret load cases, validate results, and communicate findings effectively.
