We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join an HS2 scheme on a minimum 6-8 month contract. The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering earthworks and drainage packages on large-scale infrastructure projects. Previous HS2 experience is highly advantageous.

• Setting out and overseeing earthworks and drainage works
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Quality assurance, inspections, and maintaining accurate site records
• Ensuring compliance with design specifications and technical standards
• Liaising with site management, commercial, and design teams
• Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards on site

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on major highways or HS2 projects
• Strong earthworks and drainage background
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• Experience with QA documentation and ITPs
