• Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong design capability (conceptual through to detailed level)
• Experience with in automation, materials handling, or a related engineering sector (highly desirable)
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical and cost considerations
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
