The Role We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join our expanding team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects involving BIM coordination, detailed modelling, and technical drawing production. Flexible working arrangements are available, including full-time, part-time, and temporary-to-permanent opportunities. The successful candidate will be required to attend our office in Whyteleafe on a regular basis and work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.

Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years' professional experience using Revit within the building services industry. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve design and coordination issues. Ability to manage workloads effectively and deliver projects within agreed deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desirable Skills Previous project management experience.

Experience designing and modelling complex plant rooms. Knowledge of electrical building services design, including lighting and small power systems, using Revit.

Key Responsibilities Develop detailed MEP models and installation drawings using Revit. Produce coordinated layouts, schematics, and technical drawings from project information and design requirements. Assist in resolving coordination and design challenges by providing practical engineering solutions. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project information and verify existing conditions. Maintain compliance with company BIM standards, procedures, and project requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of BIM processes.
