Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best-practice documentation processes, tools, and standards to support the Electronics function.
  • Manage the review and approval of new and updated documentation, ensuring consistency and appropriate stakeholder sign-off.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Electronics Standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver user-focused documentation solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance design standards, processes, and guidance materials to support Design, Manufacturing, Test & Inspection activities.
Qualifications
  • Create, maintain, and review high-quality documentation that is accurate, accessible, up to date, and free from duplication.
  • Manage documentation and tool-related activities, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with standards.
  • Investigate and resolve documentation and process issues, driving improvements that support design and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support, working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while demonstrating strong communication and innovation.

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win. Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.
