Field Service Engineer

Location:

Northampton

• Base Salary: GBP 32,000
• Realistic OTE: GBP 40,000 to GBP 45,000
• Car Allowance: GBP 2,000
• Bonus on Additional Hours and Spare Parts:
  Approximately GBP 6,000 to GBP 11,000
• Additional Sales Bonus on new equipment and service contracts (10)
• Expensed Mileage / Transport (55p for First 10,000 Miles)
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Ongoing Training

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (Flexible Working Hours Available: No Weekend, No Callout)

• Perform service, repair, and calibration work on laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths.
• Full training provided.
• Plan own workload and arrange appointments directly with customers.
• Focus on client sites in Northampton/Milton Keynes with further travel across the UK.
• Occasional overnight away.

• Any electro:mechanical background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, etc. The candidate may be required to travel further afield and occasionally stay overnight to support the wider team as needed.
