Milton Keynes College Group are always looking for industry experts / subject specialists / Engineering enthusiasts with a growth mindset, to join our teams delivering Engineering qualifications to our 16-19year old students. Students studying for a career in Engineering will benefit from your invaluable hands-on experience and gain the knowledge they need to enter the Engineering sector whilst learning in a safe and industry standard environment.
We are looking for individuals to deliver theory sessions, embedding practical elements, in areas such as:
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Principles / Materials / Pneumatics / Hydraulics / Design Engineering / CAD (2D/3D) / Additive/Lean Manufacturing / Engineering Communications up to Level 5 / Engineering Science up to Level 3 / Electronics
- Right to work in the UK (MKCG do not hold a sponsorship license)
- Minimum requirement - you should hold an ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering specialism.
- No previous teaching experience? Don't let this put you off… If you are a passionate person with the capacity to become a great teacher, we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs.
The Innovation and Technology Centre houses the engineering, construction and apprenticeship programmes. It consists of sector leading resources and workshops that use real industrial equipment, modern technology and simulated environments to provide an exciting and engaging place to learn and teach. Recently undergoing a multimillion-pound renovation and extension, the ITC building acts as a skills hub for our local community.
