This exciting opportunity based at our Milton Keynes Campus will primarily involve supporting our Race and Aerodynamics Teams through the analysis of Track, Wind Tunnel and CFD data. The role will involve regular attendance at the track for race and test events.

Your Impact:

In addition to supporting the development of new aerodynamic analysis tools and performance methodologies, the role involves providing trackside engineering support at race and test events. Key responsibilities include pre-event aerodynamic setup optimisation, management and validation of aerodynamic datasets, real-time performance analysis, and ensuring the highest standards of aerodynamic quality and measurement accuracy are maintained throughout each event.

What we look for:

You will have extensive experience working within Formula One, gaining exposure to both Wind Tunnel and CFD development. Previous experience in both Aero Development and Aero Performance roles will be a distinct advantage.

You will hold an Engineering degree with a specialisation in Aerodynamics and be able to demonstrate:

  • A thorough understanding of the principles of Aerodynamics and their application to Formula One.
  • Extensive experience of data analysis tools and techniques with a focus on correlation between environments.
  • A good understanding of numerical modelling techniques and experience with handling large and complex datasets.
  • Experience with the practicalities of on car aerodynamic measurement systems and maintaining high standards of aerodynamic component quality.
  • An aptitude for problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
  • A flexible approach and good communication skills.
  • An ability to deliver results under pressure to tight deadlines.

What we can offer you:

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team – we’re a high‑performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win. Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • On‑site gym
