You will lead industrialisation of electro-mechanical products, embed DFMA, and drive NPI from prototype to full-rate production while ensuring compliance in a regulated defence environment.
Collaborate across engineering, operations and quality to optimise processes, manage CAPEX, support supplier development, and mentor teams for continuous improvement.
