Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Engineer to join a rapidly growing ground engineering and asset preservation specialist. This innovative business delivers advanced solutions that strengthen, re-level and support infrastructure without the need for major excavation or replacement.

Working closely with experienced technical leaders, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of ground engineering and infrastructure projects, including:

• Ground improvement and asset preservation
• Resin injection technologies
• Infrastructure and highway projects
• Rail and transport schemes
• Bridge approaches and embankments
• Void filling and subsidence remediation
• Advanced ground improvement techniques, including jet grouting

This position offers far more than a traditional geotechnical engineering role and provides the opportunity to develop skills across:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Geotechnical or civil engineering experience
• Site-based engineering experience
• Knowledge of ground engineering principles
• Experience working on infrastructure, highways, rail or construction projects
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to produce clear technical reports
• Good organisational and planning abilities
• A willingness to challenge assumptions and ask questions
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence
