About The Role

This role sits within the EKFBInterface&Stakeholder Management team reporting to theHead of Engagement.

The role will provide support to the engagement teamin delivering to the HS2 Community Engagement Framework, by ensuring events and meetings are arranged, and suitable engagement materials are prepared and communicated to external stakeholders.

We are looking for Community Engagement Team Coordinator to join our team based in Milton Keynes.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the community engagement team and coordinate community engagement activities.

You will also coordinate internal and external resources needed for community engagement events. Raising requisitions for any purchase orders and ensuring invoices are processed. Drafting of presentations and researching information to contribute to meetings and ensure document control processes are followed for engagement materials, presentations and briefings

About You Key Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Good people and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft packages).
  • Can work independently and is proactive.
  • Knowledge of the rail/infrastructure/construction industry (desirable).
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
