Your Role Responsible for leading the delivery of aerospace actuation system programmes across the full product lifecycle, ensuring achievement of customer, quality, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements. Working with cross-functional teams and customers, you will drive programme execution, manage risks and performance, and ensure successful delivery of innovative and reliable aerospace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional programme teams across Engineering, Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to achieve programme objectives.
* Manage programme scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resource plans to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and customer commitments.
* Act as the primary interface with customers and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme performance and progress.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery targets.
