Our client is a respected name within the Critical Ventilation industry, with a nationwide presence. Due to continued business growth, they are recruiting for a Validation Engineer, who is experienced in working across Healthcare / Pharmaceutical environments. They are ideally seeking someone who is based with good access to major routes for easier travel, who can work self-sufficiently on site. Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working as a Validation Engineer within Critical Ventilation environments
- Ideally will hold the BOHS P601
- It would be advantageous to hold the Competent Persons and / or Authorised Persons
- Excellent industry technical knowledge
- Flexible to travel as needed
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Performing Validations on clean rooms, fume hoods, microbiological safety cabinets and downflows across healthcare and pharamceutical premises
- Testing on safety cabinets, fume cupboards and laminar flows
- Maintenance on existing systems / components
- Particle counting
- DOP and HEPA filter testing
- Decommissioning and calibrating of equipment
- Adhering to HTM 0301 guidelines
- Fault-finding on systems and making recommendations for works
- Completing detailed service reports
