Role

Responsibilities include:

• Guide clients through complex tax compliance and planning matters with confidence and expertise - specifically within the advisory scope.
• Develop strong partnerships with diverse clients, from owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups.
• Take an active role in business development, involving proposals, networking events, and contributing to the firm's future growth
• Mentor and develop a growing team, sharing your expertise and identifying talent

The Individual Qualities:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (CTA advantageous)
• Strong mixture of compliance and advisory experience within the corporate tax service line
• Open, approachable style with natural mentoring abilities
• Passionate for developing individuals and growing talent from within
