Based permanently at the Milton Keynes office, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in delivering financial excellence across the firm. Your commercial focus will be essential in supporting the financial performance of multiple group companies within the accountancy arena, ensuring robust financial controls and management reporting.

This onsite role provides direct access to senior stakeholders, offering accelerated progression through hands‑on exposure to complex financial operations. • Prepare comprehensive management accounts and source documentation to drive business performance insights
• Execute quarterly VAT compliance processes and oversee payment authorisation procedures
• Maintain fixed asset registers with full documentation control and approval processes
• Coordinate monthly bank reconciliations and financial system closing procedures
• Support annual budget development and group consolidation activities
• Process intercompany billing cycles and maintain cross‑entity reconciliations
• Facilitate audit coordination and prepare year‑end working papers
• Manage debtor provisioning and work‑in‑progress analysis with department heads
• Oversee statutory filing requirements and regulatory compliance documentation
• Support expense management system queries and travel coordination issues
• Develop comprehensive process documentation for all financial procedures

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive efficiencies
