The role

This is a hands‑on role, working closely with senior leadership to turn complex financial and operational data into clear insights that inform strategic decisions. From investor reporting and performance analysis to forecasting and budgeting, you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand where it’s winning, where we could do better, and what to do next. You’ll have visibility across the entire organisation and the opportunity to influence how we scale.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. You enjoy getting into the detail but can also step back and explain the “so what” to non‑finance stakeholders. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and motivated by building better ways of working, whether that’s improving processes, strengthening controls, or helping teams understand the financial impact of their decisions.
