Senior Associate or Managing Associate
-Surety - London with hybrid working

Role

Join a leading Surety team
Advise international insurance companies on matters including facility agreements, recourse/intercreditor/sharing arrangements, bond wordings, security documentation and risk participation
Play an active role in business development

You

8+ years PQE in banking / finance / project finance - surety experience an advantage but is not required
Experience with LMA documentation
A commercial problem solving approach with an ability to assess risk
