SAP FICO Lead

Head of Enterprise Application

We are partnering with a high-growth business that has recently completed a SAP S/4

HANA upgrade and is investing in a best-in‑class SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is a key hire within that CoE, an opportunity to take ownership of the FICO function, lead a small team, and play a central role in shaping how finance operates across a complex, multi‑country organisation. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and transformation; combining day‑to‑day ownership of SAP FICO with a strong focus on continuous improvement and future‑state design.

• Lead the SAP FICO function within a CoE environment
• Manage and develop a small onshore/offshore team & 3rd party support team
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders across the business
• Drive R2R process improvement (month‑end, intercompany, fixed assets, consolidation team
• Support ongoing S/4
  
  HANA optimisation and roadmap delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and best practice finance design
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the SAP CoE
• Playing a key role in the ongoing support and continued development of the FICO module

• Strong experience across SAP FICO (FI & CO) with exposure to S/4 HANA
• Experience across multiple end‑to‑end implementations and BAU support environments
• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, controlling, reporting, profitability
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
• Experience working across integrated SAP modules (e.g. SD/MM) and broader enterprise landscapes
