Program Overview

Join our paid three‑day in‑person work experience programme on 27th October 2026 and be immersed into our Tax team. A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser – you’ll be part of Team Tax, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in the UK and internationally, and applying them to real‑life solutions for our clients.

We help clients save money, mitigate tax risks, navigate complex reporting requirements and create value.

Our business areas within Team Tax include VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances and Tax Investigations.

Program Activities
  • Attend insight sessions across Tax.
  • Participate in group sessions to develop skills such as communication and teamwork.
  • Engage in networking, personal branding, wellbeing and employability sessions.
  • Hear from current students and learn about their career journeys.
Eligibility
  • Be in Year 12 or 13.
  • Be predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding your knowledge.
Recruitment Process

During the recruitment process you will complete an online application followed by an online assessment that includes numerical reasoning. If successful, you will be invited to a role‑specific service line job simulation. This combination of a video and written interview lasts 45 minutes and must be completed within seven days. If your first preference is not available, a suitable alternative will be discussed during the offer conversation.

The programme starts on 27th October 2026 and successful candidates must be available to attend their confirmed office for the full duration of the programme.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate 112 UCAS points. If you have not yet secured your predicted grades, specify 112 UCAS points in your application and complete the education section to the best of your ability.
