Senior Corporate Tax Manager

Position Overview

Milton Keynes. £80,000 – £95,000 per annum. This Senior Corporate Tax Manager role offers an opportunity to move beyond portfolio management and into a position influencing strategy, client direction, and team development. A nationally established top 20 firm in the accountancy sector is strengthening its senior tax leadership presence in Milton Keynes. We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Tax Manager to oversee a significant corporate client base while working closely with Partners on advisory and growth initiatives.

• Providing strategic oversight of corporation tax compliance across a substantial portfolio
• Leading on restructures, acquisitions and growth planning projects
• Supporting due diligence and investment transactions
• Advising shareholder‑managed and PE‑backed groups
• Managing complex technical matters and risk areas
• Overseeing billing strategy and portfolio profitability
• Developing managers and emerging leaders within the team
• Supporting business development activity and proposal work

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified
• Extensive corporate tax experience gained within the accountancy sector
