At Marshall Seat + Skoda, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented Management Accountant to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups. You will be covering Marshall Skoda Milton Keynes and Bedford. Also covering SEAT Braintree. Travelling to relevant stores will be required.

• Support Shared Services Centre to ensure ledgers are maintained to high standard
• Support Management Accountant with all aspects of the month end process & day to day function of multiple stores
• Balance Sheet reconciliation & creating monthly Balance Sheet review files
• Assist with Vehicle & Parts Stock check requirements
• Support with Internal & External audit requirements
• Monthly Risk & Audit controls
• Support with regular Debt Reviews for multiple stores
• Liaise with internal and external teams
• Support & cover where required

• A methodical individual focused on ensuring accurate accounting first time and ability to investigated and resolve problems
• Someone who enjoys the challenge of adjusting routines to meet deadlines and liaising with people outside of the team.
• Qualified / Part Qualified AAT / QBE.
• Intermediate Excel Skills (Lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) required
• Previous experience of Purchase Ordering systems and VAT desirable.
• Previous experience or knowledge of Keyloop/Drive and COUPA preferable.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
