Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative credit risk automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements to portfolio monitoring and early warning strategies.
• Develop portfolio alerts strategy for CCB.
• Automation of credit decisioning including ratings, serviceability and other credit processes.
• Portfolio screening and credit worthiness pre-selection.
• Identify and deliver strategic tools and data solutions.
• Manage a team of experienced credit risk analysts.

• A successful track record in a credit risk statistical analysis role of similar complexity and scale.
• Experience successfully managing and delivering through a team of analysts within a risk department.
• Experience successfully leading and delivering on multiple complex projects and initiatives.
• Credit risk portfolio management and strategy development experience.
• Broad knowledge and experience of Corporate Credit Risk or SME lending.
• 2:1 achieved at degree level in a numerate subject (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Operational Research, Physics or Engineering).
