Corporate Tax Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
• Reviewing complex corporation tax returns and computations
• Delivering advisory projects including restructuring, group planning, transactions and international tax matters
• Supporting Partners on business development initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to add value to clients
• Managing and mentoring junior members of the tax team
• Building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
• Ensuring high quality technical advice and client service delivery

• Corporate Tax Business Manager ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualification
• Significant experience within corporate tax gained in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation
• Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
• Excellent communication and business development skills
• A commercial and proactive approach
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members

Demonstrates expertise in managing corporate tax portfolios, providing high-quality technical advice, and delivering advisory projects. Strong ability to build client relationships and mentor junior team members while driving business development initiatives.
