This is an excellent role for a part-qualified accountant looking to further develop their career within a supportive finance team, gaining exposure to management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.

Working closely with the wider finance team and key stakeholders across the business, you will play an important role in delivering accurate financial information that supports strategic decision-making while helping to drive continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by working with operational teams to gather and analyse financial data.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Produce and analyse financial reports to provide meaningful insight into business performance.
