An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in Milton Keynes. Operating within a fast-paced, retail-focused environment, this business is known for its innovation and commitment to excellence.

This is a pivotal role supporting the wider Finance team, delivering accurate and timely financial information and playing an active part in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that help shape key commercial decisions. You will collaborate closely with departments across the business, ensuring financial controls and compliance are maintained to the highest standard.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, liaising with operational teams to gather relevant data
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyse key financial reports to provide insight into business performance
• Help monitor and control costs in line with company objectives and industry standards
