Job Title: Bridging Finance Underwriter
Location: Milton Keynes Hybrid 3 days WFH
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

About the role of Bridging Finance Underwriter:
We are recruiting for an experienced Bridging Finance Underwriter to join a growing specialist finance business in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will assess and underwrite bridging finance applications in line with credit risk policy, while managing cases from application through to completion and supporting intermediary partners with new enquiries.
Responsibilities required for the role of Bridging Finance Underwriter:
- Assess and underwrite new bridging finance applications in line with lending policy.
- Review credit searches, valuations, Land Registry reports and supporting documentation.
- Prepare clear and concise credit rationales and lending recommendations.
- Manage a pipeline of cases from application through to completion.
