Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager - Infrastructure Wide

Our client, a leading professional services and advisory firm, is looking for a career focused Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax practice, working on high-profile infrastructure transactions alongside private equity, institutional and corporate investors.

You’ll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence and structuring through to refinancing and disposals, while building strong client relationships, mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with tax specialists across borders on complex, high-value deals.

Ideal candidates are CTA, ACA, CA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax knowledge, sharp commercial instincts, and a genuine interest in transaction work, all within a firm that genuinely supports flexible working.
