Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Group Tax Manager for a PE-backed business in East Sussex. You will partner with the Head of Tax to elevate the tax function and ensure ongoing compliance across the group.
This broad, hands-on role covers CT, VAT, PAYE, transfer pricing, and policy work, with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office). Salary £80,000–£90,000 + bonus up to 20% and flexible hours where appropriate.
